About me

I like to think of myself as an experienced, well rounded person who has known life at its best and worst.

I believe in taking responsibility for oneself and the power of making choices that are attuned with one's real self. I am a warm, straightforward person and I am passionate about life and living.

My desire to become a Counsellor/Psychotherapist emerged from a  deep need to find purpose and to make sense of my own life. Counselling enabled me to do all that, but most importantly it laid the ground for a continuous journey of emotional and personal growth in which I am thrilled to have embarked.

Drawing on my own experience, I hope that I can assist others who may be seeking their own truth.
